There are times when you are enjoying your ride and suddenly there is a police van shouting in the speaker, asking you to pull over. It is but obvious that the enjoyable experience of the drive lowers down as police in almost 99% of the cases has never had a pleasing experience with the others. The situation is so that most people are asked to pull over and once they do so, the next thing they see is that they are gifted with a traffic ticket. Now, not paying traffic ticket is not an option, and paying one makes you feel bad.

When you are stopped by the police, it stresses you and leaves no room to think. There are people who get worked up and accept their mistake of speeding up and take the ticket. Not paying traffic ticket never occurs to them, even if they are non- guilty, they accept the act of violation, all under pressure. On the other hand there are certain people who are confident of their non- guilty act and have it all that allow them for not paying traffic ticket. Then there are the others, who are not in majority though but always with their smartness make a quick escape. They can play the police guys really well and getting them all confused, they take their ride back home without any traffic ticket.

However, for all those poor souls who have no option but to accept the traffic ticket, there is some good news. There are certain ways that allows you to go steady by not paying the traffic ticket Or coming up with ways and means that helps us in avoiding such traffic tickets. To start off with, the first thing that one should keep in mind when stopped by the cops is the steady behaviour. Never let your behaviour speak the truth, if by any chance the cops get to know that you are scared, and then chances are high that you are given a traffic ticket. There are a lot of people who just get scared by the sight of the cops even if they haven't committed any violation. So one should be calm and quiet and just let the police do the talking.

Chances are high that they would talk and once done with that, they would let you off with just a warning. Well it all depends on the luck factor, if it favours you, then indeed it is your best day.

On the other hand, if you turn out to be out spoken and confident, defending yourself and letting them know that it is not your fault, then you are quite close to being held with a ticket. Because such behaviour often results in letting the cops place a ticket for you. Well the deal does not end there; the ticket in your hand does not mean you have to pay for it. If you are sure of not violating the speed limit, then you have the right to go to the court.

The procedure might look long but if you have proof or if the officer who was in charge does not make it to the court then the case is yours. You leave free by not paying traffic ticket and also by standing up for yourself.
