If you, a friend, or an associate has had one or more claims denied by the Gulf Coast Claims Facility, it is still possible to resubmit them and some day collect what is rightfully and legally yours. According to BP, after the tragic oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico they setup the GCCF to help facilitate the claims process.
According to many of the residents in the area, the Gulf Coast Claims Facility was established to make it as difficult as humanly possible to submit your claim to BP. This mega sized international oil company has hired some of the sharpest attorney's in the country in an attempt to payout as little as possible.
After all, BP is a business, whose sole reason for existing is to make money. The less money the firm pays out in claims, the more money that stays in their bank accounts, and the higher their profits are. The lawyers that they hired have established very strict guidelines for a claim to be first even accepted by them, much less ever being approved, and settled for the correct amount.
Some of the documents that people and businesses must submit are bank statements, business plans, contracts, accounting records, financial statements, and other forms that BP created themselves that must be filled in perfectly. If any or all of these documents are missing, the company will not accept your claim.
In all far too many instances, when BP did finally accept a claim, they attempte
d to negotiate the amount due down to virtually nothing. Some of the people and businesses in this area where financially devastated because of the oil spill, and were forced to take these low ball offers.
If you can relate to some of the difficulties mentioned above, you still have hope, and you still can collect on your BP claim. Just because the Gulf Coast Claims Facility denied it one or multiple times because of improper paperwork, does not mean that they can do it when everything is done exactly how they have requested.
What you need to do is to get specialist working for you in this area of the law, just like BP has employed. Fortunately for you, this country is blessed with a large number of highly competent attorneys and lawyers that know exactly what procedures need to be followed in order to have your claim accepted, and ultimately approved.
In addition, these very same experts are also extremely experienced negotiating with BP, and can ensure that you will not be forced to take a terrible offer, or much less than you feel that you actually deserve.
The Gulf Coast Claims Facility has to follow the law, just like all other organizations do. Once the required paperwork is submitted to them, they cannot simply continue to deny justifiable claims, regardless of what you have heard from other people in your situation. Please use the internet to do searches for attorneys that specialize in holding BP accountable, and when you find one, there is a very good chance that everything will come out perfectly for you.
